Notes2PDF Converter - v2.0.9 as of August, 2008

Notes2PDF Converter is the tool, which allows you convert your Lotus Notes documents into PDF format. It's based on Apache FOP project and implemented via additional Java library wrapper together with Notes Java Agent for Lotus Notes specifics. It could run on client side as well as on server in batch mode. Available demo download (Windows setup file at this moment) is about 10MB in size and contains all required jars and demo database, which demonstrates the conversion process. Readme.txt file with detailed change history and issues/limitations is also included. Evaluation contains also Arial font (used in demo document) text metrics preparation step for later usage during PDF file generation. National languages (currently tested are German and Russian) specific letters are also handled properly.

  • Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1
  • Lotus Notes v8.0.0 on Windows XP SP2
  • Lotus Notes v7.0.2 on Windows XP SP2

Notice: Notes document converted to PDF format will be saved to the same sample database (view called 'AllDocs') in demo.
